Asada Takanori is a magazine editor. In 1995, he joined Shueisha and began working at the editorial department of Weekly Shounen Jump. In 2014, he became the editor-in-chief of Shueisha's light novel label JUMP j-BOOKS. He is currently acting as representative director of MANGA-PR, a new Shueisha subsidiary focused on social media, audience engagement, and promotional material production.
