She is also responsible for the release of BB and the subsequent events. Inheritor of the Shingon Tachikawa Eiten School, she ended up as a wanted criminal after her cult members invariably committed suicide after her influence. Still, Kiara continues to seek the salvation of humanity. In Fate/Grand Order, Kiara was saved from her cult at the age of fourteen by a wandering doctor and eventually grew to work in the field of medicine, thus avoiding her fate from Fate/Extra CCC.
